1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any products or services provided by Business Simplified. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Business Simplified provides digital products and services including but not limited to:

AI templates & prompt systems and toolkits (DIY products)
Done-For-You (DFY) custom services tailored to a business
Mentoring and advisory support
Educational and informational resources
Website builds

All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., downloads, email, or online access). No physical goods are shipped.

Once access is granted or files are delivered, the product is considered fulfilled.

4. Website Design & Development Services

Website design and development services are provided in accordance with the scope agreed upon before work commences. Any additional features, functionality, revisions, or changes requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will be quoted prior to work being undertaken.

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, including text, images, logos, branding, and any other materials necessary to complete the project, unless content creation has been specifically included in the agreed service.

A deposit may be required before work commences if the normal fee is being charged, if it is at a substantial discounted or promotional price this must be paid upfront as the full amount. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure project scheduling and cover work already completed. Ownership of the completed website and any original content created by Business Simplified remains with Business Simplified until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed website design and original content created specifically for the project will transfer to the client, excluding any third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, or licensed materials, which remain subject to their respective license terms.

Business Simplified is not responsible for delays caused by late provision of content, feedback, approvals, or third-party service providers. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ongoing website maintenance, updates, hosting, domain management, security monitoring, and technical support are not included after project completion and may be provided as separate services.

Business Simplified reserves the right to showcase completed website projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantees

While we provide strategies, systems, and tools designed to improve business efficiency, we do not guarantee specific results such as income, sales, or business performance.

Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI prompt systems, frameworks, templates, and materials provided by Business Simplified, are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased materials for your own business use only. You may not:

Resell or redistribute content
Share access with others
Copy or reproduce materials for commercial use

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers or direct bank transfer depending on service/product provided. We do not store full payment details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Website Development & Design Services

Due to the time, planning, and resources involved in providing website design and development services, refunds are generally not available for work that has been completed or for deposits once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, Business Simplified reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any outstanding balance for completed work may also be payable.

If Business Simplified is unable to deliver the agreed services, or where required under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement, or refund, will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Mentorship & DFY Services

For Done-For-You and Mentorship services:

Scope of work will be agreed upon before delivery
Timelines may vary depending on complexity and client response times
Results are not guaranteed but are based on professional execution and best practices

10. User Responsibilities

By using this website and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when required
Use products ethically and legally
Not misuse or attempt to copy systems for redistribution

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Simplified is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
