Hi, I’m Sue, founder of Business Simplified.

Running a small business can feel overwhelming. You're expected to wear every hat, serving clients, managing administration, marketing your business, keeping your website up to date, and now trying to figure out how AI fits into it all.

That's exactly why I created Business Simplified, to help small business owners simplify the day-to-day running of their business with practical support, clear advice and solutions that actually work.

My passion has always been helping people overcome challenges, build confidence and find practical solutions. Over the years I've worked across employment and training services, office management, client services, business mentoring, and as a business owner myself.

Most recently, I spent three years mentoring start-ups and established businesses, helping business owners strengthen their foundations, improve the way they operate and build commercially sustainable businesses.

Today, I bring together years of experience helping people and businesses to provide practical, down-to-earth support that helps small business owners work smarter, build confidence and grow their business. Whether it's building a website, improving business systems, creating content, or implementing AI in practical ways, my goal is always the same - to make business feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

I believe good advice should be practical, honest and easy to understand. If there's a simpler way to do something, we'll find it together.
