1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once purchase is completed and access is granted.
As our products include instant-access downloads and digital systems, we do not offer returns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following limited cases:
A technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved
A duplicate purchase has been made in error
The product was not delivered as described
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Done-For-You & Mentorship Services
For DFY and mentorship services:
Refunds are not available once work has commenced
If cancellation occurs before work begins, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion
Each case is reviewed individually based on scope and progress
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargebacks
